HEUFT provided bright spots at BrauBeviale 2015 in Nuremberg: a spectacular design and plenty of action attracted more potential customers than ever before to the further extended exhibition stand. As a result the technology leader was successful in enlightening the beverage industry about the company’s high level of expertise, extensive support offer and strong performance of its systems for an in-line quality assurance.
This was the largest HEUFT stand ever at the BrauBeviale exhibition: it provided a good 30 per cent more space with a total of 360 square metres compared to the previous year. The increase in the number of visitors was just as high: it was already full as soon as the doors opened on the first day of the exhibition. The situation did not change during the event either. Three rotary systems, fourteen HEUFT systems presented live and in action and last but not least the spectacular stand design with striking colour, light and video effects pulled the crowds.
The whole construction, the attractive lighting concept and its perfect real-time synchronisation with enlightening media content on over fifty flat screens were developed and implemented by HEUFT itself. This illustrates the technology leader’s high level of expertise in these areas which is also a factor not to be underestimated during an in-line quality inspection. For instance the optical 360 degree closure inspection depends on an illumination free of shadows and reflections. The visitors to the BrauBeviale exhibition were able to experience how well this functions, among other things, with the HEUFT squeezer II QS the exhibition innovation for precisely checking plastic bottles for leaks. The system not only identifies minute leaks in the container with unequalled reliability but also closure faults which are hardly visible to the naked eye.
Strong performance and extensive support
Furthermore three other devices based on the highly automated HEUFT SPECTRUM II platform with the self-explanatory HEUFT NaVi user guidance created real bright spots: the HEUFT InLine II IXS an X-ray assisted empty bottle inspector, the HEUFT SPECTRUM II VX fill management system and the HEUFT eXaminer II XOS for a precise foreign object detection in full bottles. In addition an innovative solution for the upright rejection of faulty containers on a space-saving curve conveyor which was integrated into a high-speed rotary system for PET bottles together with the new HEUFT synchron TXI conveyor control system was amongst the highlights.
The strong performance provided by HEUFT systems was not only of crucial importance. The technology leader also put the focus on the subject of “Life Cycle Partnership”. The company presented itself as a supplier of turnkey solutions which assists its customers from the very beginning over the complete service life with competent enlightenment, a high level of expertise and comprehensive 24/7 support. The visitors to the BrauBeviale exhibition understood: HEUFT sets the standards regarding the sustainable quality assurance of product and packaging when filling drinks.
