The all-electric injection moulding PX series is growing. KraussMaffei Berstorff will introduce the PX 320-2000 with a new plasticising and injection unit and with a new clamp size.
The new sizes for the PX all-electric injection moulding machine series will receive the sales approval at the Fakuma 2018 this 16-18 October. For the first time, industry buyers will have the opportunity to know the new PX sizes and the extended machine capabilities.
The following series and sizes will be available from October:
PX 201-380 / PX 201-540 / PX 201-750 / PX 201-1000 / PX 201-1400
PX 250-540 / PX 250-750 / PX 250-1000 / PX 250-1400 / PX 250-2000
PX 251-540 / PX 251-750 / PX 251-1000 / PX 251-1400 / PX 251-2000
PX 320-750 / PX 320-1000 / PX 320-1400 / PX 320-2000
With the introduction of the machine to the Competence Forum, customers will have the opportunity to convince themselves of the capabilities of the machine at an early stage, immerse themselves in the new technology to generate projects ahead of time.
Also, with the Competence Forum, the technology aspect in the PX will be emphasised. With a novelty in the field of IMD technology, the PX also will also prove its flexibility in use for the production of demanding applications. The delivery times for PX machines are currently very attractive.
The PX series is highly configurable with an individualised combination of injection and all-electric clamping units with a clamping force range of 500 to 2,000 kN. It offers the greatest precision in silicon processing. Additional equipment and retrofitting options available based on individual production requirements.
The new options in the PX series will be showcased at the Fakuma 2018, an international trade fair for industrial plastics processing. This year, 1900 exhibitors and industry players from around the globe will gather at the Friedrichshafen Exhibition Centre in southern Germany from October 16-19.
