Since then we have become the most important contact partner for operators of KraussMaffei machines and are able to supply them with molds having up to 112 cavities. Vertical offers a decisive advantage: the force of gravity functions collaboratively on removal of the preform.

Microgel for packaging is a high-performance ultra-compact mold cooling unit. In one machine, it combines a water-cooled chiller with a high flow and pressure booster pump. Extrusion kits are devices to be combined with RSB series Mi-crogels. They consist of a pump and plate-and-frame heat exchanger. The DR series dryers by PET Solutions is equipped with TWIN TOWER technology with molecular sieves, in order to ensure an effective drying process of plastic materials. SD SERIES SOFT DROP
The SD Series offers a range of Soft Drops, i.e. pneumatically-operated storage devices for preforms and plastic material exiting injection moulding machines.
The material exiting the injection moulding machine is conveyed and channelled directly to the Soft Drop via a TB Series conveyor belt installed on the machine.
The flat belt in the Soft Drop makes it possible to sort the material by alternately loading the hoppers/chutes of the Soft Drop. Once the loading phase is complete, the hopper descends and releases the material at a predetermined minimum height, preventing the material from being damaged during the unloading phase.

DESIGN
PET Solutions has a range of machines with two to several loading stations, designed to meet the different needs at this stage of production. In addition, the height and width of the structure are adjustable and can be designed according to the layout required by the customer.
